The Department of Medical Education at the Northwest School of Medicine hosted a thought-provoking seminar titled “Stress Management Through Islamic Principles and Teaching” on Thursday, May 29th, 2025, at Lecture Hall 1.

Renowned scholar Shaykh Mufti Dr. Hammad Chaudhary facilitated the seminar, sharing valuable insights on managing stress and finding peace through Islamic principles.

The seminar saw enthusiastic participation from faculty members and 3rd-year students, who gained practical strategies for maintaining mental wellness.
