I am delighted to share the remarkable journey of Alliance Healthcare Private Limited with you. Our company stands out as a truly exceptional organisation, as it brings together a group of esteemed senior doctors who share a vision to revolutionise the healthcare industry in our province. Our primary goal has been to create a future where the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as individuals from neighbouring Afghanistan, can access affordable and high-quality healthcare and give easy access to students for health care education.

Established in 2005 as a private limited company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Alliance Healthcare has remained steadfast in its commitment to providing excellent healthcare services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Our inaugural project, Northwest General Hospital, was launched in 2009, offering comprehensive medical care under one roof, including specialised fields such as oncology and radiotherapy. The outstanding success of this model led to our recognition as the fastest-growing company in the Arabia 500 list in 2013.

Recognizing the need for healthcare education, we founded the Institute of Health Sciences in 2014. Over the years, we have expanded our programmes and earned a reputation as a leading institute in the region.

In 2016, we established the Northwest School of Medicine, which swiftly rose to become one of the premier medical schools in the country. Our high ratings from reputable inspection bodies like the Pakistan Medical Commission and the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council affirm the quality of education and care provided.

To address the needs of the underprivileged, we established a teaching hospital where top specialists offer medical services at minimal charges, ensuring that quality healthcare remains accessible to those who cannot afford it. Using our endowment fund, we have actively supported the less fortunate through scholarships and financial aid.

Our commitment to improvement has led us to forge a partnership with the International Finance Corporation, the equity arm of the World Bank. Together, we have invested in upgrading our facilities to provide even better care to patients not only in our region but also beyond. We also have international linkages in Italy, the United Kingdom and Indonesia.

Looking ahead, we envision establishing satellite units in various parts of the country, expanding our educational institutions in healthcare, and integrating cutting-edge technologies into our facilities. Furthermore, we plan to go public through an IPO within the next 3 to 5 years.

In terms of governance, we have appointed independent directors and established committees to ensure transparency and accountability.

We remain dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of our nation with excellence and transparency.
